Understanding your numbers is essential to making confident, informed decisions in any business. This session, Know Your Numbers, will walk attendees through the fundamentals of business finances in a practical and approachable way.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to create an income statement, including a dive into the key components—Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, Expenses, and Net Income. The workshop will also touch on how these different financial components interact, giving business owners a better sense of how day-to-day decisions can impact their bottom line. In addition, the session will introduce the core financial documents every business should be familiar with.

This workshop is presented in partnership with the Indiana Small Business Development Center, bringing valuable expertise and guidance to entrepreneurs and business leaders at all stages.
