The ISBDC helps entrepreneurs start stronger, grow faster, and work smarter by providing expert guidance and a comprehensive network of resources. The ISBDC Network aims to accomplish its mission through a continuous focus on impact, realizing it is not enough to hold training events and meet with clients, but that tangible value needs to be provided to our clients as a result of outcome-focused SBDC engagement.
By teaming with TechWise Academy the Innovation Connector was able to create the Coding Connector. The Coding Connector is a state-of-the-art facility with fiber based internet access, computer resources, an active marketing and business center and the absolute best coding instructors and facilities in our community.

Shafer Leadership Academy
The Shafer Leadership Academy is a community leadership academy where people of all ages, backgrounds and interests can access the tools necessary to develop and enhance their leadership skills. Our aim is to provide expert and useful leadership training that meets the needs of East Central Indiana communities, businesses, civic, and not-for-profit organizations and private individuals. Techpoint of Indiana
In 2003, two IT industry organizations — the Indiana Software Association (ISA) and the Indiana Information Technology Association (INITA) — merged to form TechPoint. In 2006, TechPoint became part of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), forming the growth initiative for Indiana’s tech industry, alongside growth initiatives for Indiana’s other key industries. Created in 1999, CICP brings together chief executives of Central Indiana’s prominent corporations, foundations and universities in a strategic and collaborative effort dedicated to the region’s continued prosperity and growth.
