Throughout his career, Frank has built and led multiple ventures in the Muncie area, combining hands-on leadership with a deep commitment to community growth. His passion for empowering others and fostering innovation earned him recognition as the 2023 Champion Entrepreneur of the Year.

A lifelong Muncie resident, Frank continues to invest his time and energy into strengthening the local and regional entrepreneurial ecosystem. He lives in Muncie with his wife, Que’Andra, and their two children.
