The Landing Zone is a place for non-traditional entrepreneurs to not only work, but network and grow. Benefits include one desk in a shared workspace, high-speed internet, 24/7 access, use of IC conference rooms (Next Level & John.W,Fisher), an individual locker with key, a USPS mailbox, access to a printer/copier, bookkeeping, and business coaching.

Test Pilot Day Pass
The test pilot membership grants you access to the Innovation Connector from 8am-4pm in any open area within the building. Pick a spot and work in our open area. Use of fully equipped kitchen and abundant parking. The test pilot membership is $40 per visit.

Reserve Space at the Landing Zone!

Frequent Flier Membership
The Frequent Flier membership is $200/month.

This includes a secured desk in the Landing Zone, High-Speed Fiber Optic Internet (Crazy Fast), use of fully equipped kitchen, access to printer and copier (at additional cost,) 24/7 access to the building, Electronic Building & Office Security, use of small conference rooms, bookkeeping, business coaching, and Abundant Parking. A Unique Business Address & Personal Mailbox is also available at an extra monthly cost.
