Partner With Us: Business Showcase Week 2025

Every year, Business Showcase Week brings together a vibrant cross-section of over 1,500 entrepreneurs, business leaders, and students from Muncie and East Central Indiana. It’s more than just an event—it’s a celebration of innovation, a spark for collaboration, and a hub for education. For one dynamic week, the Innovation Connector transforms into a thriving ecosystem where ideas are shared, skills are sharpened, and businesses are launched forward. Workshops, training sessions, panel discussions, networking events, and energetic celebrations come together to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit in our region.

Partnership in Business Showcase Week is more than a sponsorship—it’s an investment in the future of our local business community. By partnering with us, you support growth, innovation, and opportunity, helping individuals and startups thrive with the resources they need.

Partner donations go directly toward making this week possible—and sustainable. Your support helps us promote, host, and operate every workshop, panel, and networking opportunity. The impact of Business Showcase Week also reaches far beyond the event itself. It strengthens our community by creating connections, opening doors for mentorship, and spotlighting the incredible talent and determination of local entrepreneurs. In addition, it fuels ongoing initiatives throughout 2026, ensuring that the impact of your investment stretches well beyond the final day of the event.

In return, our partners receive valuable recognition in a variety of ways. From prominent placement in our digital marketing campaigns and on-site event signage to advertising in all event publications and inclusion in our printed event literature, your business will be front and center. You’ll have opportunities to engage directly with attendees, serve on panels, and share your message with an audience that values innovation and leadership.

We offer a range of partnership levels to meet your goals and budget:
Business Impact Partner – $5,000
Business Excellence Partner – $3,000
Showcase Youth Partner – $2,000
Business Support Partner – $1,000
In-Kind Partner – Contributions of goods or services are also welcome and appreciated. These might include breakfast or lunch for attendees, morning, afternoon, or evening snacks, swag items, or gift cards for giveaways—every contribution makes a difference.
Volunteer Partner – Time and talent are just as valuable. Consider serving as a Workshop Presenter, Panel Discussion Member, helping with Hospitality & Hosting, joining our outreach School Presentation Team, or assisting with Registration Follow-Up to help us engage our community.

This is your chance to make a difference, to be part of something bigger than any one business, and to help drive the energy that makes our entrepreneurial community thrive. Join us. Let’s celebrate, educate, and collaborate—together.
